Roles & Responsibilities Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri full day, Sat half-day)
Salary: Basic up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous QA Assistant / Executive to join our team and grow with us.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving food safety and quality standards across our Central Kitchen and outlets (both local and overseas).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of food safety programmes (HACCP & ISO 22000).
- Conduct regular inspections at Central Kitchen and outlets.
- Support training of staff in SOPs, food hygiene, and food handling techniques.
- Assist in QA testing programmes and new product development.
- Investigate and resolve feedback from customers, outlets, and Central Kitchen.
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to across operations.
- Liaise with vendors/contractors on QA-related maintenance matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
- 2–3 years of QA experience in the F&B industry preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking team members).
- Highly motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently.
