Assembly Process & Daily Quality Control
Conduct and oversee daily inspection routines across all assembly lines.
Perform first-off approvals for setup changes and ensure all Critical-to-Quality(CTQ) parameters are met.
Monitor process consistency and take immediate actions to correct any deviation.
Support routine product testing for series production to ensure compliance with specifications.
Quality Issue Handling & Product Analysis
Lead investigations into in-process and customer quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support product failure analysis and share findings with Engineering and Production teams.
Continuous Improvement (CIP)
Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance FTQ, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Participate in structured improvement sessions such as fish market implementation, Kaizen, Tier 2 meetings.
Support on product testing and qualification for cost-saving, supply chain resilience, and new source qualification initiatives.
Contribute to project testing and validation for new products or process changes.
Workplace Organization & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace through strong 5S practices.
Reinforce safety awareness and good habits among all team members.
Support safe work practices in all testing and assembly operations.
Team Development
Train and guide assembly inspectors and technicians on inspection techniques, safety, and product standards.
Encourage a positive and disciplined work culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and teamwork.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
3-5 years previous experience in a mechanical or precision assembly environment.
Experience in assembly process control, quality assurance, or testing preferred.
Familiarity with hydraulic systems or door closer mechanisms is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience in problem solving, failure analysis, or continuous improvement projects.
Good safety mindset and knowledge of 5S practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive and meticulous, with a passion for quality and improvement.
