Manage, maintain, and implement the Food Quality & Safety Management System.
Enforce Food Quality and Safety Policy, MSC COC Policy, and related procedures within the company.
Conduct routine inspections (daily/weekly) to ensure compliance with CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, MSC standards and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and report nonconformance issues, including workplace findings and customer returns.
Support preparation for customer audits, regulatory inspections, and external accreditation reviews.
Participate in internal audits and the Design & Development program, perform monthly lab tests, data analysis and QA reporting.
Liaise with authorities and third parties, including license renewal management.
Requirements
Min.
Diploma in Food Science or Quality or equivalent
Min.
3 years of Quality Assurance experience in F&B Industry
Possess ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certificate
Possess knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Management System is an added advantage
Possess ISO or FSSC 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor Certificate is an added advantage
