Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
· Responsible for the day to day food manufacturing process to ensure it complies with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations.
· Conduct regular internal QA audits of the Central Kitchen as well as the temperature of in process and outgoing finished products.
· Perform in-house microbiological testing on products and environment
· Production duties and training of production operators and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement in production area.
· Managing Factory's general affairs
· Inventory and shipment management
· Any ad hoc duties required
· Requirements:
· Diploma in Food Science/ Technology or other relevant fields.
· Minimum 1 year of QA experience in the food industry.
· Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
· Able to multi-task and work independently
· Strong analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
· Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin (for training of Mandarin speaking employees).
· Work Location: 10 Chin Bee Drive
· Working Hours: 5 days/week, 44hours (inclusive of weekends and PH)
