Urgent! QA Manager Job Opportunity in Boon Lay, Singapore – Now Hiring Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in compliance with SFA licensing conditions, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and other standards.

Lead preparatory work for GACC registration/application to support export operations to China.

Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations for both import and export activities.

Oversee quality control (QC) processes, including product sampling, testing, and record management.

Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with regulatory and company standards.

Lead internal and external audits, manage certifications, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Conduct mock recall exercises to test and improve recall readiness and product traceability systems.

Ensure product labelling compliance, including allergen declarations and country-specific requirements.

Develop and implement sampling plans for raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

Provide training and coaching to team members on food safety systems and best practices.

Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues through root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

Analyse audit results, customer feedback, and production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Liaise with regulatory authorities locally and internationally for import/export matters.

Requirements:

Degree in Food Science & Technology or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, and quality management systems.

Internal/Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, and food labelling regulations.

Experience in auditing, documentation control, and report writing.

Hands-on approach with strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities.

Location: Boon Lay
Salary: Up to $4,500/month + 13th Month AWS + Variable Bonus (based on personal & company performance)
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
