Responsibilities
The supervisor leads a team of inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality control practices.
Actively address any quality-related problems that arise during the curtain wall installation process
Quality Planning and Implementation
Develop project-specific QA/QC plans
Create and implement detailed plans outlining quality control procedures and standards for each project.
Develop checklists to ensure thorough and consistent inspections are performed.
Verify that quality control measures align with client requirements and project specifications.
Ensure that all work complies with the approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
Quality Audits and Inspections
Conduct ongoing quality audits
Regularly assess the quality of work performed on-site to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.
Perform quality control inspections:
Conduct inspections of curtain wall components and installations to verify compliance with standards.
Participate in weekly meetings:
Provide updates on inspection findings, discuss site issues, and collaborate with other team members on quality-related matters.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders:
Act as a point of contact for quality-related communication between the company and the client.
Prepare and maintain documentation:
Ensure all quality control records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues:
