QA/QC Manager
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects, particularly in the Southeast Asia.Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil/gas projectsExperience of managing QA/QC activities on a large project in LNG & oil and gas projects.QA/QC planning on at least two major oil and gas projects;Setting up Quality plan and procedures in accordance with contractual requirements;Setting up QA/QC requirements which are compliant to ISO9001;Preparation of quality risk matrix and criticality ratings of site systems, equipment and materials;Conduct site quality induction training within the IPMT/EPC and sub Contractors construction teams and as necessary;Compliance by vendors against QA/QC requirements of the project;Quality auditing of engineering by sub-Contractors;Quality auditing of EPC Phase and related sub-Contractors;Monitoring of third-party certification of lifting devices, relief valves, vessels and exchangers, etc.;Managing civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation QA/QC engineers;Managing preparation of data books for engineering, vendors, construction and commissioning work.Experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory.Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirableFor foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.Location: Ubi/ Jurong Port
Salary: $10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
This is a 2-year contract role.
