Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and maintain quality assurance and food safety control processes in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, review, and update food safety and quality policies, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate food quality through regular sensory tests, focusing on texture, taste, nutritional value, safety, and overall product consistency.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., HACCP/ SFA)
- Perform quality control inspections and audits at outlet locations; identify non-conformance and prepare detailed analysis reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Assist in new product development activities, including quality evaluation, process validation, and launch readiness.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or R&D, preferably in the food industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
