Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control processes for our projects, with a particular focus on SMRT works and train-related projects.
This role ensures that all engineering and construction activities comply with regulatory standards, client requirements, and Tecson Engineering's quality policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that project activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on materials, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with specifications.
Oversee testing and inspection of electrical systems and components.
Identify and address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
Generate regular quality performance reports for internal and client review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure quality expectations are met.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding quality-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to QA/QC processes and practices.
Conduct training sessions for team members on quality standards and procedures.
