Quality Assurance Executive

The Role:
The Quality Assurance Executive will report directly to the Executive Director and Principal.
This role goes beyond traditional quality assurance – it combines QA, operations, and administration responsibilities to support the smooth running of the school.
The ideal candidate should understand school operations across the academic calendar, compliance requirements, and the EduTrust certification process.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and processes to ensure compliance with EduTrust, CPE, and regulatory standards
Coordinate periodic internal audits and reviews to track compliance gaps
Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits, inspections, and renewals
Support management in preparing for EduTrust certification/renewal exercises, including evidence collation and policy reviews
Monitor adherence to SOPs, policies, and academic/administrative quality standards
School Operations & Administration
Oversee operational workflows aligned with the school year (enrolment, orientation, examinations, graduation, etc.)
Liaise with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination of student and staff activities
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and administrative databases
Assist in the scheduling of classes, exams, and academic timetables
Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., CPE, MOE, vendors) as needed
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas of improvement in school operations and quality processes
Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance
Support management in policy development, review, and updates
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in education administration, QA, or school operations (experience in private education institutions or international school preferred)
Good knowledge of EduTrust requirements and regulatory compliance in Singapore’s private education sector
Strong organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
