Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily internal audit for retail outlets and central kitchens
- Ensure food produced is safe and fit for consumption as well as of good quality
- Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of food processing facilities and premises are of high standards.
- Troubleshooting of non-conformance
- Planning of food sampling, surface and hand swabs
- Provide feedback to management on how to continually improve our internal food safety management system
- Engagement with external auditor / inspector and vendors with regards to food safety and hygiene
- Updating and maintenance of food safety & hygiene manual, documents and files.
- Review, update and/or develop SOPs.
- Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Production Candidates with relevant knowledge, training and experience in food safety management systems like HACCP/SS590/ISO22000 (WSQ qualifications/prior working experience/internal audit courses) would also be considered.
- Good communication skills
- Vigilant and meticulous Self-motivated and able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
