Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure outbound processes meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Drive continuous improvement, resolving quality issues proactively
- Attend customers' feedback and lead root cause analysis using tools like 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA
- Improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Quality Management) or any related field
