Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and
deviations from specifications
- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to
specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary
corrective actions
- Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications
- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective
products per day etc.
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply
with safety standards
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and
waste; inputting data into quality database
- NCR data collections and photos taking
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
This position requires minimum 1-year relevant experience in quality control
Education:
Minimum ITE grad
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
