As a Quantity Surveyor, you
play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
will be responsible for estimating project costs, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that the project remains financially viable from inception to completion.

Cost Estimation:/Budget Management
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
Implement effective cost control measures, regularly monitoring and analyzing project costs.

Tendering and Contracts:
Assist in the tendering process by preparing and evaluating tender documents.
Review contractor and supplier bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional accreditation is desirable.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
