Job Description:
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to provide accurate cost advice and commercial insight.
- Manage the full tender process including preparation, administration, submission, and post-tender clarifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) in alignment with project scopes and specifications.
- Source, evaluate, and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure comprehensive and timely tender submissions.
- Prepare cost breakdowns, pricing summaries, and ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Lead price analysis and cost evaluations to support strategic decision-making for proposals and bids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to prepare effective and compelling FM business proposals.
- Conduct site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors on all tender-related activities.
- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations to ensure completeness of scope, compliance, and value-for-money.
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and service partners to enhance delivery capability.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of awarded projects, including variation orders (VO), progress claims, and contract administration.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and archiving of all tender-related and contract documents for audit and project continuity.
Qualification Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or any built environment related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the FM, construction, or M&E industry.
- Familiarity with FM tendering processes, costing, and contract administration.
- Proficient quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pricing analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), cost estimation software
