- Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Monitor and control project budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims.
- Prepare cost breakdowns, contract documentation, and purchase orders.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Measure and value work done on-site and prepare interim and final payment applications.
- Handle VO (variation orders), contract administration, and settlement of final accounts.
Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and Singapore building regulations.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in QS work (construction or M&E sector preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
- Familiar with local tendering procedures, BCA/SIA/REDAS standard contracts, and cost control practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both pre- and post-contract QS work.
- Experience in ACMV, electrical, or M&E projects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM and digital measurement tools.
