Job Description:
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Handle contract and tender document administration, understanding the requirements, preparing and submitting tenders with a specific deadline.
- Sourcing and request for quotations from suppliers/specialists according to tender specifications.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Compare prices and specification compliance of quotations received for recommendation.
- Identify and prepare variation orders for Submission.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying in Mechanical Engineering (ACMV/P&S/Electrical) or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Building and Construction industries (ACMV/P&S/Electrical Trade)
- Entry-level is welcome to apply, on-the-job training will be provided.
- Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
