Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Handle preparation and submission of progress claims/payment and variation orders of projects.
· Liaise with Clients on progress payments and VO matters.
· Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
· Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders.
· Provide monthly update of project costing.
· Good knowledge of construction structural works measurement.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Operation Manager or above.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Basic Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.
· Able to work independently or as a team with following deadline.
· Meticulous and Accuracy.
· Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately
