Responsibilities
Assisted in cost estimation, tender preparation, submission within time given, reply to tender queries.
Preparing contract documents, working with quantities, taking off measurement.
Providing cost estimates and managing cost information.
Evaluation and certification of subcontractor progress payments.
Prepare costing report, handle progress claims and payment, VO and finalization of accounts.
Negotiation of price with suppliers & subcontractors, including of awarding sub-contractors agreement.
Work closely with project engineer and cost manager to ensure all the cost is aligned.
To execute any other duties and responsibilities that may be tasked to you from time to time.
