Job Description
Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifications
Source for quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations and produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline

Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Proficient in MS Office
