Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Review customer requests and prepare quotations in response to inquiries.
- Request and gather pricing from secondary subcontractors relevant to customer quotations.
- Assist in confirming orders and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of office administration experience.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
