Reception and Administration Services
Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers (for example, students,
parents, vendors and visitors).
Take down and convey messages from parents/vendors to the school
leaders, teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
Attend to students who are unwell and contact their parents, if necessary.
Record details of students who are allowed to leave the school before
dismissal time.
Record incoming and outgoing mails.
Distribute and place incoming mails for staff in their mail boxes.
Count and bundle items for collection by students.
Alert the staff-in-charge when the stock level of the stationery is low and
replenishing of stationery items.
Assistance in Set-up for events
Tidying of Meeting rooms & Sickbay at the General Office
Assist in replenishment of stationery items
Other administrative matters related to the General Office work such as filing,
lamination of items.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2, $2,600.00 per month
