Job Description
Reception and Administration Services
- Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers (for example, students, parents, vendors and visitors).
- Take down and convey messages from parents/vendors to the school leaders, teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
- Attend to students who are unwell and contact their parents, if necessary.
- Record details of students who are allowed to leave the school before dismissal time.
- Record incoming and outgoing mails.
- Distribute and place incoming mails for staff in their mail boxes.
- Count and bundle items for collection by students.
- Alert the staff-in-charge when the stock level of the stationery is low and replenishing of stationery items.
- Assistance in Set-up for events
- Tidying of Meeting rooms & Sickbay at the General Office
- Assist in replenishment of stationery items
- Other administrative matters related to the General Office work such as filing, lamination of items.
Requirments and Experience
- The Personnel shall have at least 3 years of direct relevant working experience handling Reception and Administrative services.
- Direct relevant working experience in a school environment would be an added advantage
