- Welcome and register all incoming guests for their scheduled appointments
- Answer inbound calls and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings to ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, meeting rooms, main office, and pant
- Attend incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages
Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma in with receptionist or customer-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effective
- Singaporean only
