Role Purpose
Provide reliable front office, administrative, or engagement support to ensure smooth school operations and enhance the learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
Reception duties: attend to visitors, students, and staff; manage phone calls and enquiries
Administrative support: data entry, filing, document management, and stationery control
Event/Programme support: logistics coordination, student supervision, or after-school activities depending on role
Printing/operations support: heavy-duty printing/photocopying, laminating, and handling exam materials (if applicable)
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the school’s Administration Manager or designated staff
Requirements
Minimum secondary education (with English proficiency)
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, reception, or school engagement
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to operate office machines (e.g., copiers, laminators)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, organised, and meticulous
