We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of our team
Jobscope:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors & changing of visitor access passes as necessary
- Guiding clients and guests to their designated meeting rooms, providing refreshments as needed
- Overseeing the management, maintenance and cleanliness of the reception desk, visitor holding area and meeting rooms
- Handle the daily processing of couriers, ordering & pantry supplies
- Manage and follow up expense claims for all admin expenses and submit through internal systems
- Assist with the organization of company events such as training, meetings and team bonding event and staff activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- At least one (1) years of relevant experience in receptionist/frontline customer service
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task, strong communication skills
- Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Working hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, Office hours based on client sites
