The Receptionist will be at the forefront and primary touchpoint of our customer service experience.
Work will involve both front desk as well as backend administrative duties.
General responsibilities:
· Tending to customers across various platforms (mainly in-clinic, phone, messages)
· Scheduling of appointments, registration
· Discharging patients and dispensing medication
· Provide simple advice, handle enquiries and resolve feedback/minor complaints tactfully
· Processing payment and simple tallying of accounts for the day
· Upkeep of front desk and dispensary
Requirements for applicants:
· Positive attitude with a pleasant etiquette, ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure
· Strong communication skills and clerical ability
· General knowledge and background in a veterinary clinical setting is preferred but on-the-job training will be provided
· Proficiency in eZyvet software is an advantage
Veterinary Nurses/Technicians
This role will be actively engaged in assisting veterinarians with the care for animal patients, as well as the upkeep of the practice.
General responsibilities:
· Assisting in animal restraint in consultation, facilitating preparations for diagnostic and surgical procedures
· Treatment of inpatient animals
· Housekeeping
· Upkeep of equipment and instruments
· Assist with some front desk work during busy hours
Requirements for applicants:
· Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
· Strong work ethic and passionate in the veterinary field
· Experience in venipuncture (drawing blood, IV catheter placement) is preferred
· Good interpersonal communication skills and a strong team player
