Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)
Key Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries for smooth client flow.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking platforms professionally.
Manage front desk operations – payment processing, issuing receipts & preparing daily sales reports.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk / reception roles (beauty, wellness, or showroom preferred)
Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
Must be comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
