Job Description & Responsibilities
- Follow up call from responses received.
- Responsible for booking and confirming customers' appointments vial call /message and email.
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Telemarketing / Customer service-related
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant personnel
- Maintain accurate records of documents.
- Provide administrative support.

11am-9pm (1hrs break)
