Managing front desk operations, including greeting and assisting customers.
Handling appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
Managing phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
Assisting with point-of-sale transactions and payments.
- Coordinating with stylists and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Performing other duties reasonably required by the Company in line with the Employee's role.
