Responsibilities:
· Answering phone calls
· Attend to walk in guest
· General admin duties
· Manage the courier services and distribute mails
· Assist in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Coordinate with other departments on daily operation and invoice/payments matters
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration or any related field Min 1 - 2 years' relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Able to work independently, as a team and manage expectations of different members to achieve desired results
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
