Profile: Receptionist cum Customer Service Agent
Contract Period: 01 Dec 2025 – 31 Dec 2026 (Base Period)
Address: 9 Pasir Ris Drive 6, Singapore
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:15am – 6:15pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
1.
Communications Support
- Answer and patch phone calls at the General Office front counter.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Manage and route school emails accurately and promptly.
2.
Visitor Management
- Attend to walk-in visitors including parents, students, teachers, and delivery personnel.
3.
Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day general office operations including mailroom handling and distribution.
- Maintain simple records of received items, lost & found, and loan of uniforms.
- Assist with filing, laminating, courier coordination, and database/record updates.
- Manage and maintain the SAT intranet portal.
4.
Office Presentation
- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies for staff and visitors.
5.
Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, addressing queries and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
6.
Functional Tasks
- Act as the school's designated goods receipt officer.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, calendars, and room scheduling.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability at all times.
7.
Other Tasks
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager, or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 'N' Level with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Preferably Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a receptionist or customer service agent.
- Experience in education institutions and working with youths/parents is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1, $3,000.00 per month
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
