Receptionist
Contract Period: 1 November 2025 – 31 December 2026
Location: Bedok North Road, Singapore
Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am – 4:30pm (inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:30am – 4:00pm (inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Handling front desk duties including attending to phone calls, emails, deliveries, walk-in guests, visitors, and students.
- Attending to sick or injured students and informing parents where necessary.
- Providing administrative support such as managing lost & found, sorting documents, filing, and data entry.
- Assisting with school events and exercises such as P1 Registration, P1 Orientation, and Temperature Taking Exercise.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.
- Ensuring confidentiality of all school staff and student information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chinese-speaking (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in receptionist or administrative duties
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
- Prior experience working in a Primary School setting is preferred
- First Aid knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
