Job Description
Receptionist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and attend to all incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Respond to internal and external emails promptly.
- Record and track incoming and outgoing couriers in the database, providing daily reports to the operations team.
- Handle document and package dispatch via DHL, UPS, and FedEx (both online and manual processing).
- Welcome and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Serve beverages to guests and the Managing Director as required.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and name cards.
- Oversee pantry supplies, ensuring stock is replenished and maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Prior experience in a shipping company is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Independent, hardworking, and responsible with good organizational skills.
- Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.
Working Hours & Salary
- 5½-day work week (alternate Saturdays off).
- Salary: Minimum SGD 2,200.00 per month.
