Location: Quality Road (3 bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to $3,200 per month
Job Description
Visitor Management (overall management for visitors on-site)
- Maintaining visitor list and display of visitor names
- Managing Allergen Forms
- Providing Uniforms and PPE
- Assist in Wifi connection
- Preparing invitation letters for overseas visitors
- Meet and Greet Visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms and managing internal catering for VIP visits
- Conducting stock checks for VIP meetings
Shipment and Dispatch
- Receive and send mails
- Handle courier services
- Performing housekeeping and maintaining inventory of parcels
Employee Support
- Print new access cards and stickers
- Manage replacements for access cards
- Clean up access card system monthly, based on staff changes
- Issue lanyards and card covers
Others
- Conduct stationery stock checks and manage replenishments
- Provide uniforms and safety shoes to new employees
- Handle general document preparation (e.g., printing, binding, laminating) as required
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Customer Service Oriented
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
