- 12 Month Contract Role, with Immediate Start
- Salary up to 8k per month.
- 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, based on site in Tuas.
- Immediate Start Preferred.
- Experience within a manufacturing facility or within a mixture of blue / white collar recruitment will be highly preferred.
Scope of Role:
Positions to recruit: Include but not limited to technicians, coordinator, specialist, engineers, leads, managers etc.
General Tasks / Duties
Recruitment activities/task include but not limited to:
- Sourcing and Search on various internal and external channels and platforms
- Screening
- Shortlisting and recommendation to hiring manager/HRBP
- Interviews
- Assessment
- Selection recommendation
- Salary proposal to stakeholders for approval
- Offer to candidate
- Handover of successful candidate to HR Excellence team for onboarding
- Manage candidate 'movement' in company system along different phases in the recruitment process e.g. new application, review, 1st interview, offer etc.
- Informing non-interviewed candidates of the outcome of application on various platforms where applications are submitted including internal job portal, MCF, call, emails etc.
- Any other recruitment related tasks which may be assigned by the Head of HR for APAC and/or HRBPs as required.
