The selected personnel would be

  • Expecting to play an integral part in developing and improving the company's client base and enhancing the recruitment process for our clients.

    In addition, this role would require the applicant to
  • Assist clients in their recruitment needs, from managing sourcing avenues, screening, and interviewing according to the information given
  • Assist the client in managing shortlisted candidates' profiles, including arranging interviews and conducting reference checks on potential new hires
  • Develop and improve the company's sourcing capabilities and recruitment work processes
  • Providing plans or solutions to clients seeking manpower assistance
  • Involved in business development to expand the company's client base

The Successful Applicant

  • You must be a self-driven and motivated employee with a positive working attitude.

  • Diploma or Degree in business management, life sciences, HR, or any equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and also under minimum supervisor
  • Willing to attend CEI test upon joining
