We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter Officer to play a key role in our recruitment efforts.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.

What you'll do:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates proactively through job portals, social media platforms, and other channels
- Review applications, screen candidates, and ensure strong alignment with job requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract top talent
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress to meet hiring targets
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- CEI certification (mandatory)
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
