Recruiter, Cloud Tech APAC (English, Thai)

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
+ 1 year of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, in a technology or cloud environment.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client and candidate relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience recruiting for technical roles.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Passion for technology and cloud computing.

**Responsibilities**

+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
+ Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing applicants.
+ Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
+ Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive applicants.
+ Work with the team to develop robust and overall pipe-lining strategies that also consider engagement plans.
