Take command of existing manpower schedule and keep updated on openings and replacements
Understand fulfillment priority
Onboarding, offboarding
Career plan, training plans, remuneration structure
Work with operations for screening/testing/training candidates
Requirements:
Have existing network to tap on
Constant hire to keep recruitment cost low, i.e. your cost over your # of hires
Applicable knowledge of MOM regulations
Independent
