In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to build a high-performing team of Financial Advisors who will drive growth and excellence across our organization.

As our new Recruiter, you’ll be the heartbeat of our talent strategy, sourcing top-tier advisory professionals, crafting unforgettable hiring experiences, and partnering with leaders to shape the future of financial services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Financial Advisor roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and success profiles
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and outreach activity

Qualifications

  • Diploma
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High energy and passion for recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience sourcing for financial services or advisory roles preferred
  • A sharp eye for talent and a passion for people
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
