Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Extensive background and proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting professionals across various levels and functions.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Established local network and deep understanding of the Singapore market, including market trends, benchmarks, and regional specifics.

  • Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles, with a focus on the Asian market.
