You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling their operations teams, helping deliver seamless, borderless money movement for our global customer base.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for our Singapore office, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process and building strong, strategic relationships.
Source and engage top-tier talent, both locally and globally, to build a robust pipeline.
Leverage data to drive hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Champion our culture, ensuring every hire aligns with our values and contributes to our collaborative environment.
Support cross-functional initiatives like referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
