We’re partnering with a super cool leader in digital payments, and they are looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Singapore on a 12-month engagement, renewable.
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling their operations teams, helping deliver seamless, borderless money movement for our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for our Singapore office, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process and building strong, strategic relationships.
- Source and engage top-tier talent, both locally and globally, to build a robust pipeline.
- Leverage data to drive hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Champion our culture, ensuring every hire aligns with our values and contributes to our collaborative environment.
- Support cross-functional initiatives like referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
