Bachelors in related field preferredAt least 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition function with recruitment experience in a retained search firm, agency, or corporationExperience working with high-level executives and teamsTrack record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverablesStrong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple teamsAbility to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independentlySolid presentation and strong communication capabilitiesAbility to handle and maintain confidential informationComfortable participating/contributing to a global team environmentExperience with Workday preferred / experience with an ATS requiredSelf-starter, confident, highly accountable, great with building relationships with managers and other business leaders including HRCertified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS), preferredProfessional Mandarin communication skills required to manage China marketSingaporeans only What you'll be doing on the job
Managing end-to end recruitment life cycleConsult with Senior Business and HR leaders on critical senior talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the businessUnderstand the business strategy, consult on the overall aligned talent strategy and be able to deliver on the executive recruiting strategyDrive a strong talent assessment processNetwork and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders, assess and ultimately attract the highest skilled professionalsProactive pipeline development including designing, building and maintaining a strong and diverse network of potential candidatesScreen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competenciesProvide written candidate profiles and search status reports and provide counsel regarding the interview process as well as the assessment and evaluation of candidatesBe the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidatesDevelop and maintain relevant market and competitive intelligence, proactively sharing with business leaders to inform business and talent decisionsMaintain hands on understanding of innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practicesConstantly evaluate overall service delivery portfolio to ensure a robust sourcing strategy; a positive customer-centric candidate and stakeholder experienceWork with local and Global TA teams to foster mutually beneficial relationships and align resources
