About the team The Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to help enhance our recruiting operations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving process efficiency and policy improvements, with a data-driven approach and a collaborative mindset.
This is a 12-month contract.
- Provide operational support throughout the recruiting process, including but not limited to fair consideration background checks, job posting reviews and other pre-onboarding operations.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity across various trackers and systems; investigate discrepancies and elevate findings to leadership and relevant teams.
- Analyze key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement; create and deliver reports as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the region.
- Present findings on operational issues and provide training or guidance to recruiting teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data management tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Lark Sheets), with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proven ability to support HR/Recruiting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or time‑critical matters using sound judgment and discretion.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations/projects, with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience leading or contributing to at least 2 cross‑functional recruiting or HR process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with regional employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
- Prior experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process documentation used across teams.
- Exposure to global or regional recruiting environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances.
