Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes including job advertisements on various platforms
Source talent through multiple channels to attract qualified candidates
Screen and filter resumes, and schedule interviews
Communicate with candidates to assess role compatibility
Provide weekly recruitment progress reports
Verify daily operations reports to ensure payroll information is accurate
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all reimbursements
Manage filing and record-keeping, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with office guidelines
Coordinate and organize internal events and festive celebrations
Assist with travel and visit arrangements and logistics
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English
Takes initiative and assumes responsibility for tasks and problem-solving
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
