Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned industry sectors.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes for candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
