Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Planning for the advertisement of vacancies
- Strategic job posting to attract suitable candidates
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Organising interviews and selection events
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- Assist to provide applicants with career advice
- Managing job offer process and assist to negotiate salary packages for candidates
- Regular update of sales report to ensure consistent performance
- Regularly review and think of continuous improvement for service delivery
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
