Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
- Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment
- Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
- Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
- Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Candidate that willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage
